I’m not here to give you another strategy, checklist or formula.
I look at your business as a system — your decisions, patterns, behavior, leadership and what may be operating underneath them.
With a background as a physician, founder and business owner, business mentor, performance coach and transformation facilitator — and experience building businesses myself — I connect dots that are often invisible from inside the problem.
